INGREDIENTS mint leaves 1 cup (250ml) lime juice (from about 6 limes or lime juice) 1 cup (250ml) vodka Soda water, to serve ice METHOD Place the mint leaves in a jug with the lime juice and lightly bruise using a cocktail muddler or wooden rolling pin or a wooden spoon.
