Jordan Dixon is chief policy and regulatory officer for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. As CPRO, she oversees the offices of Transformation and Innovation; Policy and Rules; Data, Analytics and Performance; Compliance and Quality Control; and the Regulatory Services division.

Cecile Erwin Young was appointed executive commissioner of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission by Gov. Greg Abbott, taking leadership of the state’s largest agency on Aug. 14, 2020. Young previously served as acting executive commissioner from June 2018 to October 2018 and most recently as chief deputy executive commissioner.

Molly Regan is the deputy executive commissioner for Access and Eligibility Services for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. She oversees more than 10,000 employees responsible for delivering public assistance programs, disability determinations services and community-based programs and services to millions of Texans every year.
