my 50" Onn Rokutv can't watch Roku channel, tried everything , updating, resetting , deleting/uploading a new app and nothing...any ideas ????

The tv that I have won't connect to my laptop. It says that it connects then it disconnects. is there a problem? 

My tv will no longer cast or mirror. It worked for a week then stopped.
