Mar 9, 2018 · What's the use of checking a code if you're not going to redeem it but if so, then check it. Even though the code expiration date has passed and still may be redeemable, the studios give the consumers ample enough time to redeem their digital codes because, the majority of the codes expires a year later after the blu-ray or DVD release.

"Digital Copy" is in some ways the "old way" and is either downloaded directly from the disc to your PC or downloaded via iTunes either again from the disc or from their digital repository.

May 8, 2022 · If you redeemed the BTTF codes in iTunes (and they weren’t the disc based ones), then those should have received the free 4K upgrade in iTunes only. The old bd code could still work either at MA/Vudu for HD. As for the bd codes, yeah some hbo/Cinemax iTunes codes did expired and was removed from the database iTunes uses to verify codes.

Aug 10, 2022 · Lionsgate has for years now bundled the same code sheet with DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K discs. This way they don’t have to create three seperate codes and three seperate sheets. So if the highest quality available to redeem at the time was UHD, even the DVD redeemed in 4K digital. I know this from experience redeeming Lionsgate’s codes.

Dec 20, 2018 · Here was the behavior just as of last week - redeeming directly on VUDU only gives you the English dub version. To get both versions on VUDU, you had to redeem the code through Funimation's portal. That is how it's always worked before. With UV about to die, I redeemed several older Funimation UV codes.
