The winter storm warning that was issued for the Oklahoma City metro has been dropped, but the damage has been done. KOCO 5 Meteorologist Jonathan Conder says there are snow-covered, slushy and wet roads that have caused hazardous conditions throughout the state.

Portions of east central, north central, northwest, and south central Kentucky are under a winter storm watch from late Thursday through late Friday night, according to the weather service. Anywhere from 4 to 5 inches of snow are expected to fall, though higher amounts are possible.
