According to the FAA, Blue Origin could launch New Glenn's first flight on Jan. 6 between 1 a.m. EST and 4:45 a.m. EST (0600-0945 GMT), a nearly 4-hour launch window, with backup opportunities daily through Jan. 12.

New Glenn will lift off from Launch Complex 36 at Cape Canaveral with Blue Origin’s Blue Ring Pathfinder—a prototype spacecraft designed to host and transport up to 3,000 kilograms of payloads, refuel visiting spacecraft, and enable in-space computing and communications.

Blue Origin's massive New Glenn rocket comes in at a towering 320 feet tall — which is equivalent to a 32-story skyscraper. Still, it's overshadowed by SpaceX's Starship, which current launches from Texas and may launch from Kennedy Space Center in the coming years.
