A woman in northeast Ohio scratched off the second-tier prize on an Ohio Lottery ticket, winning $40,000 a year for 25 years.

The $1 million prize came in the Ohio Lottery’s 50th Anniversary Millions game, which is a $50 scratch-off ticket.
