Billy Joel pulled up next to a pedicab blasting "New York State of Mind" and said hello to the passengers in a new video.

The clip, taken from the backseat of a car, shows Joel rolling down his window upon hearing the 1976 song. The pedicab driver, not recognizing Joel at first, tells him, "next time," for a ride, with two passengers already in tow.

Billy Joel pulled up alongside a New York City pedicab that was playing his song "New York State of Mind" and surprised the driver and his passengers.
