A man visiting the United States from Chile was arrested Wednesday after beating a man to death with a fire extinguisher at a hotel, according to Osceola Sheriff Marcos Lopez. Piero Estefano But-Castillo, 25, is charged with first-degree murder in the killing of 55-year-old Robert Krusinowski, Lopez said at a Friday news conference.
