Despite being the face of a Hollywood film franchise and the star of a three decade old video game franchise, Sonic the Hedgehog is still homeless. As reported by Automaton, fans grew concerned recently after discovering what appeared to be a major change to an incredibly random piece of Sonic the Hedgehog lore.

Shadow the Hedgehog is one of the most iconic characters in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. He was introduced in Sonic Adventure 2 (2001) as an “anti-hero” counterpart to Sonic, created by Dr. Gerald Robotnik, the grandfather of Jim Carrey 's character.

Sonic The Hedgehog has some rather "unique" lore, and one particular lore manager confirmed that Sonic...is homeless.
