President Trump says he'll sign an executive order to protect farm workers and hotel workers from deportation.

The order takes effect at noon Friday. It said the deployment violated the Tenth Amendment and exceeded Trump's statutory authority.

A temporary traffic control change will start at 7:30 a.m. Friday near the intersection of West Mulberry Street, School Street and West College Avenue, weather permitting.
