A winter storm bringing freezing rain, sleet and snow is expected to create hazardous driving conditions across northcentral and northeast Pennsylvania overnight Thursday, Jan. 30, into Friday, Jan.

The designation will run from Route 22’s split with Interstate 78 in Upper Macungie Township to the intersection with Route 33 in Bethlehem Township.
