Phoenix police have released a man who admitted to fatally shooting Marcos Antonio Daniel-Elby, 26, in north Phoenix. Police were still investigating.

Phoenix police were investigating the shooting death of 20-year-old Said Abdikadir along with another injured the night before his body was found.
