Over the last week more than 20 organizations worked together to conduct the federal Point-in-Time Count for Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties.

Downtown Portland will see mostly rain showers with highs reaching 40 degrees. Snow levels into Sunday morning will be near the lowest elevations, meaning passing showers could fall as snow.
