Auburn men’s basketball sits atop the AP top 25 for a second straight week. It comes after ranked wins over Mississippi State and Georgia, both without All-American center Johni Broome.

Auburn was 1 of 12 teams Palm projected to make the field, along with fellow No. 1 seed Alabama; 2 seeds Florida and Tennessee; 3 seed Kentucky; 4 seeds Ole Miss, Mississippi State and Texas A&M 6 seed Missouri; 7 seed Georgia; and 8 seeds Oklahoma and Vanderbilt.
