SpaceX is set to send up the second launch of the year from the Space Coast on Monday afternoon. A Falcon 9 carrying 24 of the company’s Starlink internet satellites is set for liftoff during a three-hour launch window that opens at 12:21 p.

Elon Musk said he was ready to provide Italy with secure communication services after Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni denied that the issue had come up during a weekend visit to the United States.

The potential deal would equip Italy with advanced encryption for telephone and internet services used by the government.
