The melodic metal titans stepped into their first full-fledged U.S. arena tour 30 years after their debut album.
One of those passionate fans is Mateo Carreón, a 16-year-old junior at Jesuit High School. He’s a Deftones diehard, listing their 2010 “Diamond Eyes” record and self-titled album from 2003 as his favorites.
While we wait to hear new Deftones music, they did break out two older favorites at the first night of their tour with The Mars Volta and Fleshwater.
