The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office was called to an area south of Winside on Saturday after a wind turbine maintenance crew experienced an equipment failure, resulting in two men falling from a turbine, said sheriff Jason Dwinell in a press release. Eddy Noreiga Sebinet, 46, and Raidel Justiz Noreiga, 37, were pronounced dead at the scene.
