HOT SPRINGS, Ark. — In 2024, a swimming beach at Lake Catherine State Park was closed due to a sewer overflow—something that the City of Hot Springs is continuing to work to fix.

Holyoke is beginning phase “A” in their plan to prevent wastewater overflow into the Connecticut River, and residents on a select number of roads should anticipate construction.
