PST Cal Fire data reported the Palisades and Eaton fires at full containment after the blazes remained active for nearly a month. Thursday, 10:07 p.m. PST The Hughes Fire reached full containment nine days after igniting near the community of Castaic.

Estimates of the total economic loss are more than $250 billion, which would make the fires one of the costliest natural disasters in U.S. history.

After nearly a month, the two biggest wildfires in Los Angeles County are 100% contained. Kenny Choi reports on what the recovery efforts look like now.
