Nonetheless, season 2 will draw the curtain on "Arcane," giving us the final chapter in Jinx and Vi's story and the long-brewing tensions between Piltover and Zaun. Netflix is rolling out the new season in three three-episode acts, the first of which debuted over the weekend with Act II coming on November 16 and Act III on November 23.

Arcane is one of the best Netflix shows around, but it's coming to an end with season 2. Naturally, you might be wondering why it's ending so soon – but, as showrunner and co-creator Christian Linke explained,

The first three episodes of Arcane season 2, named Act I, arrive on Nov. 9. The second trio of episodes, Act II, drops on Nov. 16, with the final three episodes of the show, Act III, arriving on Nov. 23. There are no current plans to make a season 3 of Arcane.

Arcane Season 2 has been an instant smash hit, with it being the most popular Netflix show in over 60 countries on day 1.

Arcane's new season will be released in three parts: Act One, Act Two and Act Three. Act One of season 2 debuts on Netflix on Saturday, Nov. 9. You can then stream Act Two on Nov. 16 and the final act for this series on Nov. 23.
