Lewis Hamilton was denied the opportunity to set the fastest time in FP3 at Silverstone when a red flag brought an early end to the F1 session. Charles Leclerc topped the timesheets in FP3, and his Ferrari team-mate looked set to topple this time on his flying lap, before a red flag was deployed with eight minutes left in the session.

Hamilton has been on the podium 11 times in a row at Silverstone, but is yet to secure a top-3 finish this year
