The Los Angeles Chargers are heading to Houston to take on the Texans in the opening NFL wild-card game. A city that head coach Jim Harbaugh knows all too well.

Harbaugh says Herbert’s pass to Ladd McConkey for a two-point conversion Sunday was a more difficult throw than Joe Montana’s legendary pass to Dwight Clark in the 1981 NFC title game.

Manzano had the Bolts ranked No. 5 overall as he lauded the decision to hire Jim Harbaugh as the Chargers Head Coach. The rest of the top five were player additions, but Harbaugh was the only hiring in the top five of his rankings, thanks in large part to what he's been able to do in Year 1.

The Chargers last made the playoffs in 2022 but made a first-round exit. Now in 2024, the team is preparing to make a deep playoff run with Harbaugh at the helm. The Chargers are currently the No. 6 seed in the AFC playoff picture. If the team remains the No. 6 seed, the Chargers will play the No. 3 seed, which is currently the Baltimore Ravens.

The Chargers could on the cusp of winning multiple playoff games, and it has everything to do with its transformation under Jim Harbaugh and Justin Herbert.
