Colorado QB Shedeur Sanders could be the top quarterback taken in the 2025 NFL Draft and is the son of Hall of Fame CB and Colorado coach Deion Sanders.

Shedeur and Deion also both showed major interest in the Las Vegas Raiders as a potential destination, though the Raiders won in Weeks 16 and 17, fallilng toward the back end of the top-10 as a result.

During an appearance on "The Rich Eisen Show," NFL Media's Tom Pelissero said it's possible that Sanders isn't even the first quarterback taken. Some NFL teams don't have a first-round grade on Sanders, partly because of how his final game went in Colorado's loss to BYU in the Alamo Bowl.
