Bedard tallied a goal and an assist in the Hawks' 3-1 victory Wednesday, extending his point streak to eight consecutive games. Petr Mrazek and Seth Jones stepped up, too.

After the current and former Blackhawks stars traded their point streak extensions, the Wings took over. Lucas Raymond, Andrew Copp, and Albert Johansson each scored to make it 4-1 Wings. Kane assisted on two of those three goals for a total of three points on the night.

Connor Bedard had a goal and an assist, and the Chicago Blackhawks beat the Colorado Avalanche 3-1. Frank Nazar and Ilya Mikheyev also scored for Chicago, which had lost six of seven. Petr Mrazek made 36 saves.
