A San Luis Obispo County woman pleaded guilty Monday to misusing physicians’ medical identities to create fraudulent immigration documents and using credentials to distribute controlled substances.

She also admitted to using a dead doctor’s credentials to purchase and distribute more than 150,000 units of prescription drugs.
