Jim Ratcliffe announced the plans for a brand-new stadium to replace Old Trafford, which has been United’s home for 115 years

Ratcliffe, who is one of Britain's richest people, said the new soccer venue could be a tourist attraction in the manner of the Eiffel Tower.
