A taco restaurant, a hot dog franchise known for its chili cheese fries, and an Oregon burger company are some of the chains coming to Pierce County.

Bellingham’s newest brewery is officially opening Friday, June 6. Stemma Brewing Co., a family-owned brewery based in Bellingham, is expanding to open its second brewery and taproom in Bellingham.
