Regis Darnell Jackson, 35, was found unresponsive inside a housing unit Wednesday morning, according to officials.

At around 11:45 a.m., police were called to the 3200 block of Lumby Drive, which is in the Creekside Vista apartment complex. Officers found a man in his 40s who had been shot multiple times.
