I know there is this two small boxes out there where you put one at your PC's parallel port and one on the printer and then they talk over RJ45 Ethernet. I just can't find them... In other words.
For wireless printers, you don’t need a physical port. If your printer is network-capable, you might use an Ethernet port. Older printers might use a 25-pin connector parallel port.
