Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin said Tuesday the agency is preparing to overturn its 2009 conclusion that greenhouse gas emissions are harmful to the environment and human life.

The EPA has proposed a measure to cancel the "Endangerment Finding", which could undo many regulations that cut emissions from cars, power plants, and factories, drawing ire from New York officials and environmentalists.
