Harvey police believe a man who died early Sunday morning may have been targeted in retaliation after 7 were shot at a party Saturday .

An investigation continues after seven people were shot, including a suspect who was killed and a 4-year-old boy who was injured, at a house party Saturday night in south suburban Harvey. And police are now looking to see if there’s a connection between that incident and another fatal shooting hours later nearby,

A spokesperson for Harvey said shortly after 8 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to the 14400 block of Des Plaines Street for a shooting at a house party.
