Significant flooding in northern West Virginia claimed the lives of at least six people, including a 3-year-old and her mother, over the weekend and two others remain missing, officials say.

Pittsburgh's Action News 4 has learned the children are being released to their parents after the flooding event in Allegheny County. Multiple crews were spotted at the scene off Kummer Road around 1:20 p.m. on Tuesday.
