The suspect who police say fatally shot Brazoria County deputy Jesus Vargas in southwest Houston on Wednesday evening has been killed, according to Houston Police. Decades after raping an employee at Twin Lakes Golf Club in Oakland Township, a man is headed to prison. He's also accused of raping a woman at a Penn State golf course.
"He got a demon off the street." Mike Howard was shot last year by the same suspect who gunned down Deputy Jesus Vargas. Now, Howard is sharing his gratitude for the deputy who vowed to catch him.
