Aurora Phelps, who is in custody in Mexico, faces 21 counts, including wire fraud, bank fraud, identity theft, kidnapping and one count of kidnapping resulting in death.

The top prosecutor said Phelps would find men online before meeting them in person. She’d drug the men, access their finances and steal from them.
