Jeffrey Bacon joined Boston 25 Morning News and answered questions about the tragic fire that left nine people dead.

Fall River Fire Chief Jeffrey Bacon confirmed on Monday morning that emergency services performed "dozens of rescues to save multiple lives" but nine people had died in the fire and more than 30 were injured. There were around 70 residents in the building.

The investigation into the fire’s cause is ongoing but “does not appear to be suspicious,” according to the Bristol County district attorney's office.
