On Christmas Day, first responders in Waterford, Wisconsin, rescued a deer from an icy river after it fell through the ice.

The Great River Road in Wisconsin is one of the most scenic portions of the entire trip down the Great River Road.

Both counties are working together on a multi-use bridge across the Wisconsin River. The bridge will replace the remains of the old railroad bridge starting in the village of Sauk City.
