When do the clocks fall back and we gain an extra hour of sleep? Here's what to know about the end of daylight saving time in 2025.
Daylight saving time will end on Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025, at 2 a.m., according to the Old Farmer's Almanac. On Saturday night, clocks are set back one hour, "falling back." This means Americans will gain an extra hour of sleep. Sunrise and sunset will also be one hour earlier on Nov. 2 than the day before, with more light during the morning.
