SEPTA is advising customers to plan for significant service disruptions as blizzard-like conditions are expected throughout the region late Sunday and Monday.

Due to deteriorating conditions, officials announced that a more stringent Tier 4 restriction will take effect on several key eastern-region roadways starting at 6:00 p.m. Sunday.

The warning runs through 7 p.m. Monday, as the region braces for heavy snow, strong winds, and potential power outages.
