Rod Stewart, the British musician known for his many contributions to rock and pop music, turned 80 on Friday, January 10, and celebrated with a look back at some of his beloved memories on Instagram.

Taking the stage at the Intuit Dome, Stewart performed his timeless classics, including his 1988 hit Forever Young.
