WASHINGTON (7News) — Maryland Governor Wes Moore quelled rumors of a potential presidential campaign on Thursday, announcing he had no plans to seek the office in 2028. That announcement came during an appearance on ABC's "The View" after host Joy Behar mentioned George Clooney's remarks on Moore in a CNN interview published on April 16.
