Manchester United players and managers past and present turned out to pay their respects to club legend Denis Law, who was laid to rest on Tuesday.

The United legend, who won two league titles with the Old Trafford club and was a member of their European Cup-winning team under Sir Matt Busby in 1968 when they became the first English club to lift the trophy, died at the age of 84 in January, having been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and vascular dementia in August 2021.

Family, fans and footballers from across the generations have bade a final farewell to Manchester United and Scotland legend Denis Law. About 750 mourners paid their respects to one of the game's all-time greats at his funeral earlier.
