Lewis Hamilton, now with Ferrari after his move from Mercedes, has shared his first post since a minor crash during testing.

Sir Lewis Hamilton has spoken out for the first time after he crashed during a pre-season test which caused ‘significant damage’ to his Ferrari. The seven-time Formula 1 champion’s Ferrari career began last week and he has been testing some of their older cars in order to get acclimatised with his new team.

Hamilton’s struggles, particularly over one lap, have led to questions being raised about his ability and whether he might be past his peak performance. Sky Sports commentator Martin Brundle recently suggested that Hamilton had lost his edge but is still capable of winning a record-breaking eighth world title with Ferrari.
