The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that rescue teams recovered the body of a man who was swept away in floodwaters in Cordes Lake during Tuesday’s storms.
Search and rescue personnel and volunteers were looking for David Otereo, 74, since he was swept away Nov. 18.
