Archie and Olivia Manning’s tight-knit family is often referred to as the first family of American football. Now, there is the Manning Family Children’s hospital in this city where the two native Mississippians have lived for the last 54 years.

In a ceremony to honor the commitment the Manning family has had to children in New Orleans. Cooper Manning joked that it saw a lot of Arch Manning.

Children’s Hospital will now be known as Manning Family Children’s. While hospital officials did not disclose how much money the Mannings donated, they did say that the family will partner with LCMC Health to help share the hospital’s story.
