Amazon customers should have received checks or electronic payments from the company this month as part of its $2.5 billion settlement with the Federal Trade Commission.

The second phase of Amazon’s massive $2.5 billion settlement is now underway and eligible customers who did not already receive a refund from the company can now file a claim.
