New Orleans Saints owner Gayle Benson announced the team, with assistance from the NFL, is making a $1 million donation toward relief efforts for victims of the New Year's Day terror attack in New Orleans.

New Orleans Pelican forward Zion Williamson donated $100,000 to the Greater New Orleans Foundation's Tragedy Fund to support the victims of the New Year's Day Bourbon Street terrorist attack.

City leaders launched the New Orleans New Year's Day Tragedy Fund on Wednesday in the aftermath of the Bourbon Street attack. The fund will assist the families of the people killed and seriously injured from the event being investigated as an act of terrorism.
