The No. 21 Ole Miss Rebels are on a hot streak in SEC play as they have opened league action with a 4-0 record, most recently upsetting the No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide in Tuscaloosa for the program's first-ever road win over an AP Top 5 team.

Alabama basketball entered Tuesday’s matchup with Ole Miss flying high off a road SEC win at Texas A&M. When the night at Coleman Coliseum ended, the Crimson Tide had lost 74-64, and what is allegedly one of the top teams in college basketball had some serious questions.

Ole Miss pulled off one of the best SEC wins of the season thus far. The No. 21 Rebels went to Tuscaloosa on Tuesday and embarrassed the No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide by a final score of 74-64. Ole Miss led for most of the second half and won the program’s first-ever road game against a Top 5 opponent (previously 0-34).

The 4th ranked Crimson Tide recovered from their midweek loss to Ole Miss by defeating the 8th ranked Kentucky Wildcats in Rupp Arena on Saturday.

After a "disgusting" home loss to Ole Miss, the Crimson Tide shook it off immediately with a top-10 road win against the Wildcats.
