MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - Outdoor plans look dry, but temperatures will climb through the weekend.THIS WEEKENDBeautiful weather is setting up this weekend, with abundant sunshine on Saturday and Sunday. We’ll start the mornings off in the upper 60s but look for a big rebound into the afternoon. Afternoon highs push well into the 80s, feeling a bit warmer thanks to increased humidity.Beach plans this weekend? The surf remains mainly calm with a low risk for rip currents. Water temperatures remain warm, sitting in the lower 80s.HUMIDITY BUILDS NEXT WEEKWell after a comfortable weekend, we will start to the see the return of the humidity coming back to Carolinas. That is all thanks to the warm and muggy southwest winds that will filter in for the start of the work week. Temperatures will warm up in the mid 80s in the Grand Strand and upper 80s in the Pee Dee with a few spots reaching near 90 degrees. But with the rise in humidity, we may see heat indices returning in the mid 90s.With the additional of heat and humidity, we will also see the chance for pop up storms returning next week. Overall, the weather will remain relatively quiet for the next several days.
