President Donald Trump is championing himself as an expert in conflict resolution after helping successfully negotiate peace between Thailand and Cambodia. The president boasted about his accomplishment Monday while speaking to reporters in Scotland alongside U.
"The U.S. already flunked the test and that should be a wakeup call," a former senior U.S. State Department official told Newsweek.
Thailand's army accused Cambodia Tuesday of violating an hours-old truce, saying clashes continued despite a deal meant to end the bloody fighting that has engulfed their jungle-clad frontier.
